Description

A healthy home is more than air quality and materials, and a home gym is more than equipment in a room. This session explores the hidden construction and design decisions, from ERV systems and low-toxin materials to lighting, acoustics, and universal design, that determine whether a fitness or wellness space truly works. Drawing on her background as a licensed contractor, interior designer, and former Kinesiology professor, Kali Sudbrook breaks down the systems-level thinking required to design spaces that support the body, prevent costly change orders, and stand the test of daily use.
