Jeanne Conger is a construction industry leader with more than 30 years of experience spanning operations, construction, sales, purchasing, finance, and executive leadership. A real estate broker and National Association of Home Builders Certified Master Building Professional, she serves as Chief Commercial Officer of On3 and is Co-Founder of On3 AI, a technology company focused on improving business performance. She also owns a residential building and remodeling company. Jeanne is an active leader within the National Association of Home Builders, the Texas Association of Builders, and her local Home Builders Association, and was selected as one of just 15 members of the 2026 NAHB Leadership Academy. A breast cancer survivor, she also serves as Board Chair of WINGS of Texas, supporting uninsured and underinsured breast cancer patients.
