Jackie Rowland, ME, PE is the CEO and Co-Founder of Russell Rowland Inc, a women-owned structural engineering firm that serves both residential and commercial clients across 11 states. Russell Rowland Inc has designed homes of all sizes including tiny homes, national builders, and high-end custom homes. She is passionate about strengthening the homebuilding industry through technical expertise, collaboration, and leadership.

Jackie’s leadership has earned her recognition as one of Pro Builder’s 40 Under 40 for 2024, and most recently, a finalist for the 2026 FHBA Woman of Distinction Award.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys competing in equestrian events and spending time with her husband, Parker, and two young daughters, Harper & Peyton.
