After growing up with Ryder Homes, Savannah joined the company full-time in 2020 as the third generation to work in the business. Currently, as Director of Model Home Design, she is responsible for the design vision of model homes, sales centers, and other interior spaces at the company. She is also still engaged in project management and working on the company’s future and has been actively working on a new “line” of houses, which Ryder will introduce to a slightly different market within the next 12 months.

She has a strong knowledge of purchasing, materials, human resources management, permitting, marketing, media, and investor relations.

Savannah has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business. She also holds two master's degrees: a Master of Science in Urban Planning and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation.
