Marietta Rodriguez is president & CEO of NeighborWorks® America, a congressionally chartered nonprofit corporation. Rodriguez supports a national network of nearly 250 organizations focused on affordable housing and community development in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and on Native lands.

With more than 20 years of experience at NeighborWorks, Rodriguez leads efforts to expand access to homeownership, strengthen rental stability and support community-driven solutions through public-private partnerships, grantmaking and professional learning. Her leadership is grounded in practical experience, including her own journey as a first-time homebuyer supported by a NeighborWorks network organization.
