With 20 years of experience in the housing industry, Jenni Nichols co-founded the New Home Trends Institute (NHTI) and runs NHTI’s design research. Deepening her pulse on housing design trends, Jenni serves as chair of the John Burns Research & Consulting's Housing Design Trends council. Along with supporting clients with their design and trend inquiries, she also consults with developers and builders planning their communities and fine-tuning their home designs. Before joining John Burns Research & Consulting in 2014, Jenni worked for Bassenian Lagoni Architects supporting their marketing, land planning, and design departments. Jenni holds a B.A. in Theater from California State University, Fullerton.
