Women represent about 11% of the construction workforce, and account for roughly 18% of all management positions. And while those number are increasing incrementally, housing remains a male-dominated industry. These three remarkable women, however, have risen to high levels of operational leadership through hard work, smarts, talent, and will, honoring those who came before them and setting an example for those just joining the ranks.
