Patti spent six years at an independent research testing and certification lab in the Building Science division where she led research projects on constructability, functionality, accessibility, energy efficiency, and durability of buildings.
Prior to that, Patti worked as a mechanical design engineer at an international AE firm, on numerous high-profile projects including embassies, medical centers, university law schools and the flagship Net Zero Brock Environmental Center for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, which also earned the Living Building Challenge Certification.

Under the auspices of the Global Wellness Institute, Ms. Yeung has co-authored numerous economic research studies, including “The Future of Wellness at Work 2016,” “Move to be Well: The Global Economy of Physical Activity 2019,” “Defining the Mental Wellness Economy 2020,” “Defining Wellness Policy 2022,” “Global Wellness Economy Monitor 2024,”and “Build Well To Live Well: The Future 2025.” She has presented at wellness industry events, written for industry publications, and given interviews to global news media on these topics. Ophelia received a BA in Economics from Smith College and a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University.

Cammie Hancock Beckert is the founder of Cameron Custom Homes & Renovations, a division of Camelot Homes, the award-winning home building company founded by her grandparents in 1969. A native Arizonan and graduate of Arizona State University, Cammie spent more than 20 years at Camelot Homes where she led the sales and marketing department for the luxury home builder. In 2023, Cammie took on a new challenge – founding Camelot’s new custom home and renovation division. Cammie is a member of Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and is currently working on a nine-year executive degree program at Harvard University. As one of the few female founders in custom home building in Arizona, she is proud to bring decades of industry experience and a grounded warmth to each client relationship and to every Cameron Custom project.

Teri’s expertise is at the intersection of marketing and community development. She works with developers to create and activate community vision and design strategies. She brings a sociologist’s perspective to who will live there, and how they want to live, and has brought to life some of the most valuable and recognized brands and communities. Teri spearheaded the America at Home Study, exploring changes in consumer behavior, with lasting impacts on home and community design. The study inspired the design and construction of two concept homes both awarded the Gold Nugget Grand Award (2021 and 2025). She also co-chairs the Global Wellness Institute’s Wellness Communities & Real Estate Initiative and is active on ULI’s Residential Neighborhood Development Council.
